Orders of 200 cards or less typically ship within two business days. Your order details page will list either estimated delivery dates for USPS First Class Mail, or tracking links for Priority and Express shipments.

First Class 5-7 Business Days: Free
Priority 2-4 Business Days: $8, or free for 9+ cards
Priority Express 1-2 Business Days: $28 for up to 25 cards

Our commitment is to produce and mail your cards promptly. However, delivery of your order is subject to USPS timelines and delays can happen in November and December.

Email and printable PDF Charity Gift Cards are delivered right after purchase, and there is no shipping charge. Email gift cards can also be scheduled for delivery on a future date. We also offer redeemable card codes.
After EVERY purchase there's a "Download All Cards" printable .PDF option on the purchase confirmation page, in your confirmation email from orders@tisbest.org, and on your order details page.
This is available for all types of TisBest Charity Gift Cards. Just select Download All Cards and you can print or save your gifts as .PDFs.
Where do I find shipping & tracking details for my order?
Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express: on your order details page select the View Tracking link below your card image(s), which will open a USPS tracking page.
First Class Mail: USPS First Class Mail does not have tracking information, but we do provide an ETA based on average First Class delivery times. The Estimated Delivery Date is listed on your order details page below your card image(s).
