If you received a letter from TisBest about a donation that's waiting for you, see in 4 steps how to access it:

1. Visit tisbest.org/claim and select either the Log In or Create Account button.

2. Selecting either Log In or Create Account opens a pop-up. Use the pop-up to log in or create your account.

3. Stay on tisbest.org/claim to submit your EIN (taxID) and single-use access code (both are printed on the letter you received from TisBest).

4. The next page lets you know we're processing your request. If you entered your correct EIN and code then you'll receive a “Welcome to Your TisBest Charity Dashboard” email within a few hours from charities@tisbest.org with a link to your Charity Dashboard.

On your Charity Dashboard there's a link to your digital donation check, and also a Download List of Supporters link.

  • Which step you got to (#1-4) and what happened
  • Your EIN
  • The email address you used for your new TisBest account
  • The code you're entering at step #3
